Key responsibilities
- Play the leading role and oversee day-to-day HR operations at assigned BUs including:
- Organizational Development (Organization Chart, Responsibility and JD, Manpower allocation).
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.
- Talent Management and Succession planning.
- Training and Development.
- Performance Management.
- Employee Relations and Disciplinary Management.
- Administration (Security, Reception, Clinic, Office Supply...)
- HR operation compliance with laws & customer.
- Relationship with local authorities.
- Manage an effective budget, cost control on human resources expenses and optimise costs.
- Develop strategies, policies, initiatives and monitor Human Resources management in accordance with the overall of business strategy.
- Develop annual employer branding initiatives for talent attraction.
- Propose new HR information system and AI tools to enhance HR operation efficiency.
- Other assigns assigned by BOD
Ideal profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Work experience: At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in hand-made production field.
- Skills:
- English: Business level.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management and HR operations.
Benefits
- Working time: 8:00am – 16:30pm (Monday to Friday)
