Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests:
- Proficient in performing guest check-in and check-out procedures;
- Register guest information, make sure to collect all necessary guest information;
- Arrange and allocate rooms according to the requirements of the reservation, ensuring the satisfaction of guests, according to the terms of the room type and applicable price;
- Carry out procedures for payment of room and guest services.
Customer care:
- Communicate with customers by phone as standard;
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a polite and professional manner;
- Ensure customers leave with a good impression of the hotel's services.
Report and coordinate with departments to ensure the quality of work:
- Update, track the expenses incurred by customers and send them to the accounting department;
- Check and prepare all night shift reports and necessary reports and forms as required by the hotel's day-to-day operations;
- Strictly adhere to hotel operating standards;
- Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
