Job Requirements
- Qualification & Experience:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry
- General Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
- Team player;
- Highly self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all rubbish is kept separated;
- Report to work punctually and as scheduled;
- Prepare all condiments needed;
- Report to F&B Supervisors of any problem or hazardous situation;
- Handover with next waiter/waitress on any information in the responsible section;
- Assist daily requisition of store items and linen;
- Must adhere to the resort employee handbook;
- Cleanliness of the working area with proper hygiene and sanitation and protection to ensure work safety and health;
- Always wear correct uniform with high standard of personal grooming;
- Look after all the guest needs in the restaurant for food and beverage service items;
- Maintain good communication between all the cooks, stewards, waiting & bar staff;
- Assisting manager & other service staff and when required;
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Supervisor/Captain.
