Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business economics/finance/accounting with excellent results is preferred;
- Minimum 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience where min 1 year as business partner
- Work experience within international and/or manufacturing company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems;
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Power BI;
- SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge;
- Knowledge of construction projects or project controlling;
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across cultures and time zones;
- Strong willingness to learn and grow;
- Proficient in verbal and written English.

Job Description

Supporting the construction project controlling including month end closing, budgeting, and forecasting working closely with our global teams and quality surveyors
Follow up on gaps in financial performance and ensuring that key trade-offs and financial implications are clearly called out
Develop and support on business case modelling for new investment decisions
Ensuring strong governance and controls are in place for the construction project e.g., reviewing and providing guidance to existing setup and supporting our annual audits and tax returns
Delivering on ad hoc analyses to secure increased value creation in the business
Support the simplification and automation of activities and processes.
Be an active member of the newly established project team leading discussions within your responsibility but also providing perspectives and challenge across all aspects of the business.
