Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience from a corporate security function with hands-on experience managing / directing people, preferably at a larger manufacturing site;
- Experience managing outsourcing contracts (Contract Management);
- Experience working in a multinational company;
- IT/ Project Management experience;
- Experience from construction projects is considered an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep Knowledge of local regulations related to Supply Chain Security and Customs requirements for Security areas;
- Teamwork attitude;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Collaboration with Local Security authorities;
- Proven investigation experience and skills.

Job Description

Support the Senior Site Security Manager in directing physical security operations at the new LEGO® factory in Binh Duong province, implementing appropriate and cost-effective solutions in line with LEGO Global Security policy and standards.
Assist in establishing Local security service at the LEGO manufacturing site in collaboration with the selected global partner, providing a local follow up on daily activities / service level and preparing critical metrics.
Lead the local Supply Chain Security certifications and programs and provide support to Fire and Safety regulations / requirements.
Oversee the operation of the future Local Command Center and assure the collaboration with counterparts around the globe.
Support loss and theft prevention & investigations at the site.
Support the local Site Emergency Management Team including establishing Contingency Plans and training for team members.
