• Education & Experience:
  • Graduate within Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing or related major;
  • Desired to have Master & Bachelor or similar degree in Engineering, Business, or management; or gained proven facility experience and demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong experience (7 - 10 years) in the manufacturing business with 3-5 years in similar facility manufacturing/equivalent management position;
  • 5 to 7 years experience in management & leadership skills.
  • Experienced in design for maintainability
  • Experienced in sustainable facility, water, and energy solutions.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  
  • Good IT knowledge – MS Office / SAP
  • Results and customer service oriented
  • Continuous improvement, mid-level
  • Good communication both in written and verbal
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Be a good negotiator
  • Willing to travel to other LEGO sites for seminars/meetings
  • Proficient in verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
  • Project management skills
  • Experienced in sustainable facility, water, and energy solutions.

• Enter into close collaboration with the project group of the construction project to contribute on design, ensure sustainable and innovative equipment fleet as well as maintainability.
• Continuous strong collaboration with Project Team and Factory Management on development of zero impact operation solutions.
• Ensuring that global standards, procedures, and processes are followed.
• Takes part and responsibility in Planet Promise initiatives.
• Support the Zero impact projects on site, when required.
• Ensures local part of Integrated Facility Management partners deliveries.
• Accountable for FAC Operational budget and Investment budget (CAPEX)
• Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific facility tasks ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
• Ensures that the services provided to employees meet the quality levels designed for in all their areas of competencies
• Ensures that all sources of service level information provided by users are analyzed and when applicable, corrected and improved (PULSE, User Satisfaction Survey, direct users' feedback)
