1. General information
- Position: Logistics Executive
- Quantity: 01 vacancy
- Sector: Automotive (Construction & Farm machinery)
- Working location: Can Tho
- Salary: Negotiable
2. Requirements
- Education and Work experience:
- Tertiary degree in any stream with English as the formal language
- At least 3-4 years in a similar profile, automotive industry would be preferable
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication skills ~ Excellent spoken and written English & Vietnamese
- Sound knowledge of Logistic function
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview)
- Able to maintain project confidentiality
3. Responsibilities
- Finalise logistic vendors for the Import activities
- Manage End to End Logistics from overseas factories till Vietnam warehouse
- Pro-actively seek competitive quotes for each import shipment & finalise service providers
- Manage Import documentation
- Ensure compliance in all the documentation related to customs
- Finalise inland freight forwarders
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
