Job Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred.
    • 4-8 years in hotel accounting or audit.
  • Competencies & Abilities:
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
    • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Specific Responsibilities

As Director of Finance and Business Supports, you’ll direct the financial operations of the resort and ensure the security of resort assets. Reporting on the financial state of resort you'll also make recommendations to improve resort profitability. You'll be the first point of contact for all resort financial - and accounting-related issues with owners, auditors (internal and external) and regulatory agencies.
