Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • 8+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company;
    • Experience selling Cloud solutions;
    • Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & large projects;
  • Competencies & Abilities:
    • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills;
    • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging;
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools;
    • BS/BA Degree or relevant experience;
    • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • 12+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company;
    • Telephony or contact center experience desired;
    • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience;
    • Salesforce CRM experience.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources;
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives at the Enterprise level;
  • Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews;
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives;
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close;
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns;
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships;
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions;
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends;
  • Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies.
