General Information

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- 8+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company;
- Experience selling Cloud solutions;
- Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & large projects;
Competencies & Abilities:
- Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills;
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging;
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools;
- BS/BA Degree or relevant experience;
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company;
- Telephony or contact center experience desired;
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience;
- Salesforce CRM experience.

Specific Responsibilities

Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources;
Meet or exceed sales objectives at the Enterprise level;
Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews;
Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives;
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close;
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns;
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships;
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions;
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends;
Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies.
