General Information

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of six years of related work experience;
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Specific Responsibilities

Build capabilities for quality assurance plans including data analysis, running to target and other key aspects of the plans;
Lead the development of large and complex quality assurance plans and projects with a focus on driving capabilities and improvements, partnering with operations managers to ensure successful implementations;
Conduct the moderately complex and broad analysis of food safety and quality metrics to identify trends, best practices and areas of opportunity;
Provide consultation and direction to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute on continuous improvement strategies that align with business strategies across multiple sites or locations;
Use comprehensive knowledge and application of principles, concepts, industry best practices and standards to research and develop continuous improvement tools and methods;
Track and report the value creation and develop sustainment plans to ensure sustainable results and stated values from projects are delivered;
Work with cross functional teams to develop training and competency development for the organization and those implementing policies and procedures;
Other duties as assigned;
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
