Job requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Graduated from University with major in: HR Management, Law, Economic;
- Have at least 5 years of HR experience, at least 3 years at the same level of manager position.
- Knowledge and Technical skills:
- Well communication in English;
- Have practical experience, extensive understanding of administrative personnel;
- Good skills of communication, presentation, management, supervision and coordination.
Job description
- Make HR strategy consult BOD about human resource management;
- Organize activities of hiring: training, salary, bonus and benefits;
- In charge of external relations with local agencies and departments;
- Other specific works will be discussed directly during the interview process.
