General Information

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in any stream with English as the formal language;
- At least 3-4 years in a similar profile, the Automotive industry would be preferable.
Abilities & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Excellent spoken and written English & Vietnamese);
- Sound Knowledge of Logistic function;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview);
- Be able to maintain project confidentiality.

Job Description

Finalize the Logistic vendors for the Import activities;
Manage End to End Logistics from Overseas Factories till Vietnam Warehouse;
Pro-actively Seek Competitive Quotes for each import shipment & finalize service providers;
Manage Import documentation;
Maintain compliance in all the documentation related to Customs;
Finalize the Inland freight Forwarders;
Work Closely with Internal stakeholders.
