• Qualification & Experience:
  • Female, Age: 25 ~ 45.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Wellness Diploma and other relevant majors;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Good English;
  • Have specialized knowledges;
  • Strong financial acumen;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• To ensure all treatments are being performed to the same high standard by every therapist;
• To maintain a professional relationship with customers at all times;
• To oversee the running of the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager;
• To promote the spa by actively organizing internal and external promotional activities;
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all time;
• To report lost properties to the Security office in accordance with hotel’s procedures;
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times;
• To attend daily briefing and staff meetings as requested;
• To teach the therapists how to link sell at least 3 products for every treatment on the menu, link-selling, up-selling of treatments and products to help in achieving overall spa targets;
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s employees rules and regulations;
• To ensure all staff have full knowledge of the spa products;
• To attend necessary training programs requested;
• To conduct inductions for new staff members;
• To assist the Spa Manager in creating new treatments and experiences for the Spa, keeping the spa services in line with the industry by creating treatments and sourcing new products;
• To train organize and deliver all training to the therapists to the highest standard in every treatment;
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy relating to fre, hygiene, health, and safety;
• To give presentations and training to other departments to enable them to talk confidently about the spa and what it has to offer.
