Job Requirements

Education and work experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in IT with excellent IT technical background;
- Experiences in delivery of managed IT projects;
- Experiences with Agile SCRUM methodology, tailoring Agile process, reporting…;
- Experiences in software development proposal, prototyping, or proof of concept.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Ability to learn and direct the delivery teams for software solutions with up-to-date technologies;
- Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with overseas customers;
- Proven experience in building up a team from scratch, including seeking candidates from their own network, interviewing, hiring, mentoring, training, management…;

Job Description

Technical coaching and mentoring our engineers to reach their full potential;
Assisting the teams to contribute to and translate architecture into a technical vision and roadmap across the domain and then assisting in implementing that vision over time;
Collaborating with various organizational groups to deliver on best engineering practices;
Working with our teams to create solutions while meeting requirements and balancing the goals and constraints of current solution design with desired end state with the responsibility for ensuring the right tool/framework/technique is used for the right job;
Championing and driving engineering principles and practices including assisting in the implementation of new standards, technologies, or methodologies;
Owning the development of solution designs (including working with third-party partners) that are fit for purpose, taking into account considerations and trade-offs required for successful scaling;
Providing guidance on non-functional design elements in solutions including security, scalability and performance, monitoring and alerting, analytics, documentation, and quality;
Providing technical oversight for the development and running of proof of concepts, iterations, and providing go/no-go recommendations;
Guiding technical related decisions across the teams.
