Position: HR Executive
Working location: Can Tho, Vietnam
Sector: Fruit/Food processing

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications:
- University Degree in HR management or Business administration.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of HR work experience with a C&B background in companies with production facilities and at least 200 staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good knowledge about the Vietnamese labor laws and related laws on Human Resources;
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Good written and verbal English skills;
- Advanced computer skills with MS office software;
- Good organization and presentation skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Eye for detail and being precise;
- Open to learn and a real team player.

Job Description

Training: responsible for the implementation of internal & external training of the company.
Employee evaluation: monitor the probationary, annual employee performance evaluation and renew labor contract evaluation.
C & B: responsible for the employees' salary calculation and benefits, social insurance issue and personal tax declaration, etc.
