Position 1: Parts Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Role essentials:
    • Good at using Parts online System
    • Experience in managing spare parts Inventory
    • Bachelors or Graduate degree-in Technical discipline
    • Highly Compliant to Processes & company policies
    • Proactive planning skills
    • Good communication skills ~ basic spoken and written English is desirable
    • Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials
    • Team building and management –treating people with dignity & respect
    • Willingness to travel to provinces ( Parts Stores) on periodic basis
    • Computer literacy is must on Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
  • Role desirables:
    • 4-6 years of experience in managing Parts Function
    • Experience in dealing with the cross functional teams like Sales and Service

Responsibilities:

  • Working location: Can Tho
  • Ordering spare parts from Suppliers in domestic and overseas.
    • Calculating the landed price.
    • Calculating retail price.
    • Stock in, save documents
    • Stock out management
    • Inventory management
    • Monthly stock taking in Can Tho & Other Parts Stores
    • Arranging goods in the warehouse & Parts stores on periodic basis
    • Making inventory report on Monthly Basis
    • Inventory Analysis for increasing revenue in parts
  • Collaborate with service team functionally and administratively to meet the business objectives agreed for the period of time in a highly compliance & cost effective manner
  • Reporting to Service Manager
Position 2: Service Engineer

Requirements:

  • Role essentials:
    • Bachelors or Graduate degree-in Technical discipline
    • Critical Problem solving skills
    • Highly Compliant to Processes & company policies
    • Proactive planning skills
    • Good communication skills ~ basic spoken and written English is desirable
    • Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials
    • Team building and management –treating people with dignity & respect
    • Willingness to extensive travel to provinces
    • Computer literacy is must on word, excel, powerpoint & Outlook
  • Role desirables:
    • 5-7 years of experience in managing service function and teams in to Tractors, Harvesters & implements
    • Familiarity with the landscape of Mekong Delta will be added advantage
    • Experience in dealing & managing the cross functional teams like Sales, and parts

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service team in Can Tho & selected Key accounts
  • Expert in Electronic Components of European Tractors & Harvesters
  • Monitor daily jobs in workshop and on field for “First time right approach”
  • Develop team on technical proficiencies
  • Ensure machine files are updated at regular intervals for each machine
  • Ensure weekly, monthly PDI’s on stock units of Tractors, harvester & implements
  • Ensure timeliness to reports e.g. technical reports, failure analysis, monthly reports etc.
  • Simplify Processes and ensure adherence and Compliance across teams in branch
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with service team for better coordination
  • Collaborate with all teams to achieve highest level of Customer satisfaction
  • Report to service manager
Position 3: Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirements:

    • Bac Ninh
    • Thai Binh
  • Role essentials:
    • Bachelors or Graduate degree
    • Good communication skills ~ Excellent spoken and written English
    • Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials
    • Team building and management – treat all people with respect and dignity
    • Extensive travel to provinces
    • Computer literacy is desirable with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Role desirables:
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and / or sales in to Tractors, Harvesters & implements
    • Familiarity with the landscape of Mekong Delta will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for market planning including: gathering and prioritising product & customer requirements, defining product and business roadmap and working closely with brands, service, sales and support teams
  • Tap into unexplored avenues and generating new leads for business
  • Generate sustainable revenue for the brands.
  • Map potential of farm machinery / sales in key provinces for planning campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as demonstrations and sales promotion activities to increase awareness and drive sales of brands represented by Tata International
  • Market to brokers, cooperative farms, ministerial agencies, financing partners and referral agents and generate leads for the continuity of sales
  • Track progress of campaigns within allocated budgets
  • Assist walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Demonstrate use of farm machinery at showrooms, dealers, customer sites
  • Consolidate sales pipeline and business reports on daily & weekly basis
  • Track competitors: activities, volumes, prices, new products, specifications and others
  • Report to Sales Manager, Can Tho city
Position 4: Key Accounts/Projects Sales Executive

Requirements:

  • Working locations (one location between): 
    • Ho Chi Minh City 
    • Hanoi
  • Experience in solution-sales is desired: customization, maintenance contracts, services
  • Prior understanding of the farm machinery business is desirable; Understanding of cropping pattern and seasons is an added advantage
  • Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to follow-up on pipeline orders
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Team building and management – treat all people with respect and dignity
  • Basic commercial knowledge of equipment sales
  • Ability to travel within Vietnam, and internationally as required
  • Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview)
  • Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Technical Or Engineering Background
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Information Management
    • Account planning, managing leads, and visit reports on a periodic basis
    • Map potential of key customers of farm machinery such as plantations, mills, dairy farms, and farmer associations
    • Providing effective commercial and technical support (by liaising with technical team) to prospective and customers
    • Track competition moves in key accounts and take initiatives to counter them
  • Sales
    • Achieve sales & profitability projections and establish sales strategies & tactics to promote the brand in the market and build market share with key accounts
    • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients
    • Execute pre-sales activities and liaise with After-Sales team to conduct demonstrations of equipment at customer or company premises
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Ensure account wise profitability
  • Team / Relationship Management
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior authorities of key accounts; once a relationship is established, focus on developing clients and generating new business
    • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Supply Chain
    • Based on forecast, ensure desirable levels of inventory are maintained
  • Report to Key Account Manager (as the structure evolves). 
    • Over time the profile may include Key Account Management for other product groups in the Infrastructure and Construction Equipment business
