2. Job description

Analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes, workflows and their relationships to current and future business (software) solutions.
Identifying, analyzing, and documenting the clients/users requirements through conducting interviews with key stakeholders and development team
Developing business software architecture and solutions; Assisting IT development team in optimizing the scope, benefits, risks of proposed solutions
Conduct logical levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.

3. Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in computing, and/or, business administration, or related field.
- More than one year experience in business software development is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Logical, methodical, and patient
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Skilled at analyzing and problem-solving
- Good understanding of the software development process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in technical writing is preferred.
