Job Requirements

Preferred with 2 years+ experience in the same role.
Experienced working on an internet technology product company.
Experience working directly with software engineers and other multi disciplinary teams.
Experience in driving lead generation campaigns in a tech-driven organization.

Have a ‘Will-do’ attitude & start-up spirit.
Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail.
Able to understand and represent business and user needs, distilling insights to set strong road-maps that meet short and long term needs.
Learn fast and be extremely flexible and adaptable.

An analytical mindset & focus on ROI.
The ability to see challenges as opportunities for organizational growth.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for the product planning and execution based on life cycle and vertical business of products, including:
Conducting market & user research, to get deep insight on market & user behaviors.
Responsible for full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping for products.
Responsible for interfacing with other teams in the company to break down business requirements to smaller deliverables.
Work closely with the data analyst team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
